a. Placing microphone in pulpit
b. Devising new signage for church
c. Restoring office, common room, and apartment bathroom
d. Deciding on hospitality and coffee hour
Become better stewards of our resources through
a. Clarifying our Letter of Agreement with Katharine
b. Sabbatical planning
c. Finding systems solutions for treasurer, network, pledging and membership data, website
Strengthen our mission to celebrate grace, beauty, and love by
a. Having intentional conversations with the community around us
b. Establishing Friends of Music at St. John’s
Build up the body of Christ and equip the saints by
a. Having fellowship/ picnic-like events for congregation
b. Organizing Christian education opportunities
c. Celebrating successes
d. Developing a high participatory tool of active listening for congregational feedback/ dialogue on goal attainment
